COVID-19: Behavioral Health Resource The National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) was created to raise the standard of care and increase access to services for children and families who experience or witness traumatic events. The NCTSN is continuing to create resources to address the behavioral health needs of children, families, and communities impacted by COVID-19.
