AICHO hosted an open house celebration to highlight some of the work that has been completed at Gimaajii Mino Bimaadizimin throughout the course of the past year. As one of five recipients nationwide of the Enterprise Community Partners Climate & Cultural Resilience grant, we were able to accomplish a lot! From improving and expanding our urban gardens, to installing a solar array, collaborating with a variety of new community partners, and so much more - it's been a wonderful year. Most importantly, we're continuing to develop curriculum within our programming that focused on matters of sustainability and cultural resilience in the face of climate change. Read more...
